The Staff Team at Our Nursery School in Dorchester

Our staff work very much as a team, all having their own areas of responsibility and expertise.
Lyn has worked at the Nursery for 17 years. She was Deputy Headteacher for 5 years before being appointed Head two years ago. She has a Level 5 qualification in childcare, having successfully completed her Foundation Degree in Early Years Education. She is also our Special Needs Co-ordinator.
Helen is our Deputy Headteacher. She has worked at the Nursery for 6 years. She has an NVQ4 in Early Years Education.
Debbie is our Senior Nursery Nurse. She has an NNEB in Childcare and has worked at the Nursery for 20 years. She particularly enjoys working with the children in the Nursery garden.
Hayley joined the staff as a Nursery Assistant with our morning children two years ago. She also runs our Thursday afternoon Toddler Group as well as doing Lunch Club. She has an NVQ2 in Early Years Education.
Sam is our second Nursery Assistant. She runs Lunch Club with Hayley.
Fiona completes our staff team. She works as our Bursar and has been at the Nursery for nearly 6 years.
